Konsido Terms of Use

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Konsido PowerBI app ("Application"), a PowerBI application designed to provide analytics and insights into your organizations spend and facilitate carbon-focused procurement optimization (CPO).

 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Konsido PowerBI app. For the purposes of these Terms, the term "Customer" or "You" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses our Application. Please note that the Konsido PowerBI app relies on PowerBI, a business analytics service developed by Microsoft, use of which may require additional licensing and may come with an additional set of terms of use.

 

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising to Konsido that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms (in which case, "You" and "Customer" will refer to that organization).

3. License to Use

We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for internal use. There is no restriction on the number of individuals ("Users") from the Customer organization who can use the Application, if they adhere to these Terms. It is up to the Customer to obtain all necessary third-party licenses (such as PowerBI licenses) required for their users to use the Application.

4. User Obligations

Users within your organization must keep their login credentials confidential and not share access with unauthorized individuals.

You must only connect the semantic model to data using the credentials provided by Konsido. The semantic model may only be refreshed once per week unless otherwise is agreed between your organization and Konsido.

5. Prohibited Use

The content provided through the Power BI app must not be shared, copied, or distributed outside Customer organization in any form without written consent from Konsido.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Power BI app and its content remain with Konsido. You are allowed to copy and further develop on the Power BI reports outside of the Power BI app for internal use in the organization.

7. Data Protection

The Customer agrees to comply with applicable data protection laws in the use of the Power BI app. For further information on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Power BI app after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

The license to use the Power BI app may be terminated by Konsido for non-compliance with these Terms of Use.

10. Limitations of Liability

Konsido is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Power BI app.
