Konsido OVERSIGHT

Konsido OVERSIGHT Creditor analyses all your purchase invoices and associated entries through a series of checks. If a check is positive, the risk score for the invoice is increased. The system identifies duplicate payments, VAT errors, suppliers with problematic CVR status codes, atypical purchases, missing three-way matches and much more.

With OVERSIGHT, you get the most risky invoices presented first – not random samples. The system supports both centralised and decentralised control regimes. Decentralised budget managers are presented with exactly which documents they need to check and why – not just a random pile of invoices without guidance. Delve into the background of each risk assessment and perform searches across the entire database.

Konsido OVERSIGHT is based on the same data quality as SPEND and KLIMA – OIOUBL e-invoices, financial entries and CVR data. This means that categorisation, enrichment and validation are already in place. TILSYN adds risk assessment, control logic and automatic deviation reports on top.

Masking of sensitive personal data. Konsido OVERSIGHT automatically masks personal names and social security numbers in invoice data to minimise the risk of end users seeing sensitive personal information. Role-based access control ensures that users only see data within their area of responsibility.

Konsido OVERSIGHT is delivered as a web application with a user-friendly interface and direct access to all control findings. Dive down from the overall risk overview to individual invoices and entries. Filter by risk level, control type or period. Export findings for follow-up and documentation.

The web application consists of three main elements: • Overview of the most risky invoices for selected inspection periods • Detailed view explaining the background for the risk assessment of each individual invoice • Search tool for performing specific searches across the entire database. Supports both centralised control and decentralised budget managers who receive exactly the documents they need to check – with an explanation of why. User administration is handled directly in the solution by super users.

Data is updated weekly along with your consumption data. The control logic is continuously developed in collaboration with our customers – new controls are added when needs or legislation change. Konsido OVERSIGHT was developed in collaboration with Silkeborg Municipality and designed to support Danish municipalities' work with cash and accounting regulations.
