Konsido SPEND analyses all your purchasing transactions and creates an overview from raw data to strategic insight. The system pulls data from e-invoices, expenses and receipts, financial systems and the CVR register, categorises it using the Konsido1000 structure, and delivers analyses you can act on immediately.

With SPEND, you get answers to the crucial questions: How much do we spend on IT? Which suppliers deliver to the social sector at the section level? Are we complying with our framework agreements? Why do we buy? Every purchase has a context. SPEND links consumption data to your chart of accounts dimensions so you can see who buys what, why, and at what price. This makes it possible to ask the right questions and make the right decisions.

Konsido SPEND is delivered as interactive Power BI reports that give you direct access to all the data behind each key figure. Click your way down from the overall overview to individual invoice lines. Filter by period, department, category or supplier. Export data for further analysis.

The standard reports cover the most common analysis needs: consumption overviews, compliance analyses, supplier analyses, category analyses and price trends. But you can also get customised reports that match your specific management model.

All data is updated continuously – quarterly, monthly or weekly, depending on your needs. And because SPEND is based on Konsido's unique data foundation, the categorisation and data enrichment are already in place. You don't have to clean, match or categorise yourself – you just have to use the analyses.
